We aim to ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) via DHL.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email including a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, delivery should take place within 2 business days in Germany, 2-5 business days for shipments within the European Union and up to 10 business days to rest of world.
Shipping times may vary due to public holidays, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Shipments to countries located outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products.
The buyer will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the said customs duties, taxes and fees.
