Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

This is a courtesy translation. The German version (AGB) is legally binding.

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:
Azadeh Zandi (Luvertta)
Wissmannstr. 14
81929 Munich
Germany

For questions, you can reach our customer service by email at info@luvertta.com or by phone at +49 160 95037155.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

4. Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms by email.

5. Prices and Small Business Rule

The prices stated on the product pages do not include value-added tax, as we are exempt from VAT as a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG. Shipping costs are added as stated.

6. Delivery

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Details on shipping costs are provided with the offers and during the order process. We deliver within Germany and to other countries according to the shipping options shown at checkout. We deliver by shipping only; collection in person is not possible.

7. Payment

The payment methods shown during the order process are available in our shop. Payment is due upon completion of the order.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the separate withdrawal policy provided during the order process.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such faults to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failing to do so has no effect on your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights, but helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
